Planning a trip can be a relatively stressful experience, whether it is a weekend city break or a 6-month expedition in the depths of the rainforest. Many of us are familiar with the same sense of dread when it comes to planning a holiday - and this is before we have even decided where we want to go! Although the location is key, one must consider other factors, such as how many people are going, the best available flights as well as trustworthy accommodation. Perhaps NusaTrip.com will calm your pre-holiday nerves, knowing that you have done your research - with no hidden costs, and you are well on your way to some rest and relaxation. Bought tickets. Flight was cancelled. Took option for refund. They said it would take max 3 months. It has been almost a year now. I wrote every few weeks to ask about refund. Always told they would check on it. Finally 1 month ago they told me I would get refund. They told me it was too late to just refund my credit card. They will make bank transfer but told me I had to cover bank transfer fee. Not fair since it was their fault it took so long. I am very angry. I am still waiting for transfer.
