Bad delivery
Initially service was good. I also use to refer my family and friends to use fresh to home. But now I have very bad experience from past 3 orders. I choose one slot for delivery and they change the Stot without even informing you. And there is no one to track and let you know why this happened. If I call customer service they just let you know about changed slot and they don’t take any action for our complaints. It feels all this is total bulshit going on. If they don’t know to track the orders and drive it…… they should not run such company. Please close down. You are wasting peoples time……. No one is jobless to keep tracking your orders.
I would strongly recommend not to use Fresh to home anymore it’s a scam or waste of your time and energy.
