I ordered my boots last week and they arrived today.
I absolutely delighted with them.
Had read such bad reviews about Coltorti that I thought I would have issues.

This company is a joke! No mention of the extra costs of import taxes and fees, if they told me how much I'd have to pay after my initial purchase I definitely wouldn't have brought the item, I told them Im not paying it and they said tell DHL to return it and they will refund me less the fees!!

UPDATE: Coltorti continues to refuse refund because shoes were sent without box. This condition was NOT SPECIFIED AS A CONDITION OF REFUND prior to my sending back the shoes. Coltorti defers that the decision to refund the shoes is up to the manufacturer. COLTORTI DOES NOT STAND BY THE QUALITY OF THEIR MERCHANDISE. DC amore shoulder bag - awful condition and treatment
Awful bag condition and treatment
I write this so everyone will think twice before they buy from Coltorti.
I ordered from them a week ago or so a DC bag and today I received the package. When I opened it the bag was squeezed hardly in a very small box which caused many damages to the bag. It seems the bag had been hit under the logo and got a permanent indentation. The handle got a scratch from the really shape tag, that they didn't cover and there is a small ink stain on the front of the bag which is not removable.
So I tried contacting the customers support and asked for a refund for all the demages and the bad condition, I even attached some photos that they could see it's really bad, and they just asked me to return it. I paid a lot for this bag, including shipping and taxes, and it will take so much time to receive it back with a return, and I will also point out that for now where I live we are in some unstable situation and I don't want to make any more efforts to it. I payed for a new bag and I didn't get one, it's also the last one they got so they can't replace it.
So I explained it to the customer support and they only offered me 10% back (not including on the 200-250 dollars I paid for taxes and shipping) if I don't return it!!!! This is outrageous, because I paid for this so much money and tax, and I asked for it to be well cared before in email, since it's a gift, and I have been told by one of the supporters that they only pick the best well cared and authentic products. This came in awful condition and they don't even give me a fair refund or a compensation if I won't return it and this whole thing takes so much of my time.
The luxury item got a terrible treatment and so did I, I suggest you to stay out of this website and find your luxury products somewhere else. No one should get such lack of treatment and bad products.
