A Dependable Platform for Online Electronics Shopping
Croma is an excellent online electronics shopping platform that I recently had the pleasure of using. As soon as I landed on their website, I was impressed by how easily navigable it was, and the range of products they offered. What really stood out to me was the efficiency with which Croma handled my order. The products were delivered within just a few days - this level of customer service is truly commendable! Additionally, all my queries and concerns were promptly addressed by their customer support team. Furthermore, Croma's product quality is top-notch. Every item ordered came in perfect condition and worked without any issues. It provides a hassle-free shopping experience, making it a dependable option for purchasing electronic goods online. Overall, shopping on Croma has been wonderful from start to finish. Their attention to detail in ensuring smooth purchase journeys for their customers makes them stand out among other competitors in this industry.

Pathetic customer service. If you are buying any electronics like phones, charger, watches etc, its fine but if you are going for something ... like an ac or air cooler/ heater or things like that, its gonna be a painstaking job to get it returned or replaced (even if its less then 7 days from the delivery of the product). My aircooler defaulted in mere 3 hours of operation and stopped working. And for the past 6 days i've been trying to get it return and refunded (as its an unreliable product for me now, even with the warranty its a liability), but the croma people keep pressuring me for getting it repaired. When I counter them, they come with same argument that product will be first repaired and if repair is not possible it will be replaced.
Wasn't i clear about my "Return ... Refund request" ?
I used to often shop from offiline croma stores, but after this my perspective has changed. Online is always better.
This is absurd and because of all this, me and my time is suffering. They don't care about you. Even the technicians are not from croma, they are from the product brand, so once you gave them the money and brought defective product home, its your responsibility now. Wish i could give a 0 star.
Please take my advice, you wont realise how pathetic the customer service is, till your product works fine.
