    Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Manyawar ... Mohey Dharampeth Nagpur

    Dear Manyawar ... Mohey Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the inferior customer service experience I recently encountered at your Dharampeth, Nagpur store.

    On 13th Nov 2023, I purchased a variety of Indian ethnic wear, including a Sherwani, from your store. Despite making a full payment for the items, my experience took a drastic turn when I had to avail alteration services for one of the Sherwanis and placed orders for two additional articles. The cashier provided me with a slip, requesting my name, mobile number, and email ID for future communication.

    The real ordeal began when I had to follow up on the status of my order. On 26th Nov, I made several attempts to contact your store at 2:13 PM, 3:50 PM, and 6:35 PM. On each occasion, the customer service representatives promised to check and revert within 10 minutes, but to my dismay, there was no response. This prolonged lack of communication left me frustrated and concerned about the status of my order.

    In a final attempt to seek clarity, I decided to visit Manyawar Dharampeth, Nagpur, in person. To my shock, I discovered that all my articles were ready for collection. It was disheartening to realize that the staff had the necessary information but failed to inform me promptly. This lack of communication and customer engagement is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and commitment of your store.

    The purpose of providing contact information during the purchase was to ensure efficient communication and transparency. Regrettably, this objective was not met, and I was left in the dark about the status of my order, despite my earnest attempts to seek updates.

    As a customer, I expected a much higher level of service from Manyawar ... Mohey, especially considering your brand's reputation. This experience has left me questioning your establishment's reliability and customer-centric approach.

    I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service processes. Communication is key in any business, and the lack of it can significantly impact customer satisfaction. I trust that you will take appropriate measures to ensure that future customers do not face the same level of inconvenience that I did.
